The chamber angle is the region in the anterior chamber of the eye where the cornea connects with the iris. Together with other structures, the chamber angle creates the drainage system, draining intraocular fluid out of the eye. If this drainage system does not function properly, intraocular fluid accumulates in the eye, and thus increasing intraocular pressure.
